1.Plug into the power,open the power.（The machine rated voltage is 110V,the rated input power is 350W） 1.使用電圧　(定格電圧110V 仕事率350W) 2.Set the operation procedure:（the temperature shows F degress） 2.運転手順 温度セットしてください:温度は華氏F°で表示されます。 1.The originate temperature:Press the MODE SET KEY once，the set indication light will be on press the key“+”or key “-” to set originate temperature. 1. 初期温度:１回MODE SET KEYを一度押して、+/-キーで初期温度設定をします 2.The Max temperature : press the MODE SET KEY the second time,the temperature indication light will be on，press the key “+”or key “-” to set the max temperature. 2. 最高温度設定:2回MODE SET KEYを押して+/-キーで最大温度の設定をします 3.The max bake temperature: Press the MODE SET KEY the third time,the time indication light will be on,press the key“+”or key “-” to set the max bake time 3.熱転写時間:3回MODE SET KEYを押す、時間表示を確認し+/-キーで転写時間をセットします Exection mode: press MODE set key the fourth time,the machine will go into wating execution state. Exectionモード:4回MODE SET KEYを押すと機械の動作状態が判ります。 Att:the originate time setting range 200〜380 degress,the Max temperature setting range 200〜430 degress 注意点　初期設定範囲　200F°〜380F°(93.3〜193.3℃)　最高温度設定範囲は200F°〜430F°(93.3〜221.1℃)　 The max baking temperature time setting range 0〜999 seconds 熱転写時間設定は0〜999秒 The machine has the function of temperature setting self-locking ,so if the originate temperature is 340 degress, The machine will control the max temperature range 340〜430 degress automatically. Conversely， 設定温度を自動ロックにしておきます初期温度が340F°(171.1℃)である場合、 最高温度の設定範囲は340F°〜430F°(171.1〜193.3℃)　（MAX）となり自動的にコントロールされます if the max temperature set 250 degress,then the machine will control the originate temperature is 200〜250 degress. 最大温度設定が250F°(121.1℃)　度の場合、初期温度は最低温度の200F°〜250F°(93.3〜121.1℃)　で自動でコントロールされます 3.heat transfer printing 熱転写印刷法 Baking slowly : put the products into the mug press， press down the pressure hanle,open the power so the temperature will go up. When the temperature raise to the originate setting temperature the machine will send out short stridulation press the execution key once till the machine send out dah（Iong voice）. press the execution key again to finish the heat printing. Take out the product, the temperature will come back the originate temperature gradually. ゆっくり焼けること: 初期設定温度に昇温後、マグカップを固定し圧力ハンドルを下げ均等に圧力と温度が加わるように力を入れてください、 実行キーを押す事で熱転写温度まで自動で昇温され設定時間になるとピープ音が鳴ります。 熱印刷を終了するために再び実行キーを押せば初期設定温度に高音されます。 ハンドルを緩めて製品を取り出してください。 Baking fast: under the originate temperature state，fix the object，press down the pressurehandle press the execution key once until the machine send out dah press the execution key again finish the heat transfer printing. Take out the object，the temperature will come back to originate temperature. 速く焼けること: 基本設定以下の温度からのスタートはマグカップを固定し圧力ハンドルを下げた後、実行キーを押す事で熱転写温度まで自動で昇温され設定時間になるとピープ音が鳴ります。 自動で降温されるのでハンドルを緩めて製品を取り出してください。 4,the question prompt for the failure printing. 印刷失敗についてのヒント A.the color is lighter:色が薄い The temperature is too slow,or the pressure is not even,or the time is too short 押し付ける圧力と温度が低すぎる、あるいは転写時間の設定が短い・押し付ける圧力が足りない可能性があります B,the design is indistinct : 印刷が不明瞭 the time is too long and lead to ink diffusing 転写時間が長すぎるか、転写インクが多すぎる可能性があります。 C.the design has no luster : 発色が悪い the pressure is too high or temperature too high 転写圧力が高い、もしくは温度が高すぎます。 D. part of design is indistinct:印刷の一部が不明瞭 heat printing zone or the heating is not even. 印刷の範囲を見直しましょう、均等に温度・圧力がかからない場合はムラになります。 E.Scar on the design : キズが入る Heat printing time is too long. 転写時間が長すぎる可能性があります F.dept of color is not the same :色がおかしい、変色 pressure not even or the coatng is not even. 圧力が均等にかからなかったか、マグカップ側のコーティングにムラがあります。 G.peper stick to the object : 転写紙が引っ付く The temperature is too high,or the coatng of the object is not good. 転写温度が高すぎます、マグカップのコーティングに欠陥があるかもしれません。 Parameter recommend: the originate temperature set 230 degress，max temperature set 330 degress. The max baking tine set 40 seconds. Heat printing: Clean the mag face，wrap the transfer paper around the mugs，and fix it in hot tape， put the mug into the mug press，pull the pressure handle.The pressure can be adjusted by yourself． 推奨設定 初期設定温度を250F°(121℃)　に設定し、最高転写温度を330F°　(165.6℃)　40秒に設定。 マグカップはホコリや傷が無い事を確認し、転写用紙をピッタリと貼り付ける。 テープは耐熱テープを準備してください、ビニールテープや糊などは焼けて変色の原因となります。 転写圧力は人力です、ちょうど良い圧力を模索しなければなりません。 基本温度（初期温度まで昇温）→実行ボタンで転写温度へ昇温され、設定時間になれば音が鳴るようです。 基本温度による余熱昇温が1〜2分、転写温度165.6℃で40秒後に取り外して転写確認できました。 この分だとアイロンプリントは170℃あたりで1分か、180℃で40秒。200℃で30秒という感じで転写できるか試す価値はあります。
